A Nostalgic post
It's another rainy and gray day today here in this (supposedly) sunshine state, and I'm feeling slightly nostalgic. My mom and I used to watch Gilmore Girls all the time together while I was in high school- we were so sad when it ended. I still watch this show over and over and over again and I swear it gets funnier every time! I know there are a lot of Gilmore Girl fans out there so I hope you all enjoy some of my favorite moments from this classic show! If anyone has any favorite quotes or clips feel free to share!

Great food around Naples, FL
I've lived here about a month now and I am discovering some delicious restaurants and fun hangouts that are great for those of us in our twenties who are on a rather tight budget...
1. I know that Moes is a chain but the burritos here are amazing and they have great prices especially if you go on a Monday for Moes Monday- you can get a burrito, chips, salsa and a drink for $5.99!
2. Downtown Naples has an array of restaurants, bars and shops that are located all along 5th ave- it's a great place to grab a drink and relax outside with your friends.
3. Capt Brien's Seafood and Raw Bar located on Marco Island always has great deals and specials going on. I tried the key lime pie and it was probably the most delicious thing I have ever eaten- I asked my waitress how it was made and she told me the chef makes it fresh from scratch every morning including the whipped cream! Your life is not complete until you try this pie.
4. Naples Flatbread is another great restaurant that offers great food at a reasonable price- especially their lunch deals! They have every kind of flatbread you could imagine there so if you like pizza, you definitely need to stop in.
5. Uncle Louie G's offers a huge selection of Italian Ices and Ice cream- I love this place because it's a small little ice cream shop that is a little different than your typical ice cream store.
I hope you all like them and if anyone has anything else to add feel free to leave a comment!

Why can't I own a Canadian....
I'm sorry, I think I misread that... Why can't I own a Canadian?
Where do people come up with these things?! No really, WHERE? Who sits at home wondering why they can't own a canadian...
Does anyone have any clever answers to this apparently popular google search? Just a pondering thought for you all tonight.

British Fun with Eddie Ifft
I'm a huge British fan- if you know me at all my dream in life is to be the queen of England- one can hope right? Here I am with the royal family on Kate's wedding day...
Anyways when I'm not trying to become the queen I'm looking up videos and I found this one of Eddie Ifft pretending to be English and it had me in stitches! Not only that but he's going to be in Marco this weekend. He's going to be performing at Off The Hook Comedy Club Thursday- Sunday. I got my tickets online at www.offthehookcomedy.com and they have some great promos going on for Memorial Day Weekend!
Eddie Ifft being English
